This property, even though it is only 2 miles from Durango, is in a beautiful river valley and is filled with tall Ponderosa Pines, enormous oaks and lots of seclusion. The house was recently remodeled, featuring a state of the art natural gas stove/fireplace, new windows, new appliances, granite counter-tops, crystal chandeliers, antique furniture and art.

The Cottage House offers  3 guest bedrooms,  1 bathroom and comfortably sleeps 5. All linens are provided. Don't forget to take a dip in the private hot tub after a fun filled day of adventure in Durango or hit a few balls on the private covered tennis court!

For your cooking pleasure, the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and cooking utensils, or barbeque on the porch with the gas grill. The house has comes with a satellite TV, VCR, Stereo, CD player, washer/dryer and phone. We are pet friendly.

The home sits on a 20 acre parcel which backs up to the San Juan National Forest and has spectacular views of the river valley and mountains. Ride your bike or jog on the country road that meanders through this scenic river valley. Your pet will love the large pasture to play in!
